LOOKS LIKE Tom Bull
Jasper is a brilliant actor, he acts like a good person every day of his life. He always remembers your birthday, He makes you feel like you belong, he looks you dead in the eye and you will feel how much he cares about you… Until he decides to stab a knife in your back.
Jasper has a dark side to him that he never lets a soul know about. Jasper hates killing with others, for others. He believes that killing is something that should be savoured, he believes that every death means something, and him having control over that makes him even happier.
Being this way wasn’t of his own doing, believe it or not. His father was quite the figure, a man who knew when to hide when he had the chance. The man had always been a lone wolf, so going in to hiding was no problem for him. Jasper likes to think that the loneliness is what drove him to be how he was, but who really knows? Or cares?
It is easy to pinpoint the moment when Jasper became as sick as he is, the day the only love Jasper had ever had died.

Jaspers father was always distant from jasper in the beginning of his life, and would only ever speak to jasper when he had done something wrong or to provide him with food and water. This is why jasper, at first anyway, didn’t know whether to hate or respect his father.
They lived in a small shack that his grandfather use to own on the outskirts of London. While living there they mainly lived off the land and went in to London once a week to grab the essentials. His father believed staying far away was the easiest way for the both of them.
Then, when Jasper turned 14 he began to feel surges of electricity throughout his body. This would range from a mild tingle in the limbs, to quite painful burns that resulted in screaming. Jasper has gotten some resistance to the pain of the burn, at least to not scream.
It was on this day his father decided to get him a dog in celebration. His father brought him home a Pitbull, with a muzzle around its mouth and saliva oozing out from its holes. His father then explained that he is to get to know the dog, learn what it does during the day, befriend it.
At first the dog barked and scratched and bit him many of times, but jasper was determined. This was the first other living thing he seemed in his life. The dog would bite and scratch him, leaving scars over his body, the worst being on his torso.
But eventually, the dog came around. He named it Titus and the dog began to respect him. With this, Jasper began doing what he was told. He would study the dog without it noticing, learn what it did during the day, and even wrote down what it ate.
He then returned this information to his father, and explained that he had come to care for the dog, and asked why he made him do this. The look in His father’s eyes was one that he will never rid from his memories. His eyes were filled with darkness as he handed Jasper the knife and whispered to him “Care for it? How much easier is it going to be to kill it?”
Since this moment, Jasper has been obsessed with learning people. He wants to learn how they think, and how he can use emotion to lead them in to the sharp end of his knife.

Jaspers father Died of cancer when he was sixteen and he has since taken his father’s stash of money and moved to the place his father ran from, Portland. Mainly because people in London started to learn a bit more about some killings than he would have liked.
He has bought himself a small apartment and is looking to start employment. He wants to start a normal life, well, the murderous kind.
Overall, Jaspers father never really told him much about himself, Jaspers mother, or really told him about anything other than killing. He isn’t sure why his father was like this, why he was forced to become this. So he came to the only place that he had ever mentioned to him.

ELECTRIC MANIPULATION
Jasper has the ability to channel an electrical current that runs through him at all times. He can use this to make his punches and kicks to emit an electric shock on impact. He can also use it to start small fires.
LIMITATIONS
The electricity is limited to himself and what he touches. He can touch something to send electricity through it if it is conductible, like a wire fence. But he cannot shoot electricity through the air or control how it moves through other objects.
He also unable to channel electricity at all while wet, and can sometimes end in him blowing himself up if he was to channel too much electricity in the one place while wet.
SIDE-EFFECTS
He has to control the electrical current running through him when he uses his ability as putting too much electricity in to his punches/kicks can burn his hand/feet. This doesn’t happen after using the ability for simple tasks (Starting a fire, sending electricity through something conductible, ext.), but is usually pretty burnt up after a decent fight. This can also happen sometimes to his body if his emotions get too amped. Although, the ability also makes him quite tired and he has to build up strength to be able to use it more than a couple times in a fight.
