I’m not too fussed about plotting something out to the end. I don’t mind plotting the beginning and the end and threading out all in between. My only concern is having characters meet for the sake of it, so instead I might like to have a reason for them to cross paths. There are times where I’m happy to have a random character thrown at mine as long as it can fit well, such as obvious personality clashes which is fun. Plots that involve anything exciting, funny or angst is probably some of my favourite. I tend to go with the flow of things so I’m really not picky anyway, as long as all parties will find the thread entertaining then all is well.
Annoyingly, posting does often depend on my mood. My posting pace differs and it’s difficult to really determine when I would likely post and when I would take longer. I may post the very next day while other times I may take a few weeks.
I’m willing to wait a month or a bit more for a reply. I’m quite relaxed with posting and I know I can sometimes not be a consistent poster so in return I don’t mind waiting for others. If someone has lost interest in a thread and is holding back on replying then I’m fine to talk about directing the plot of the thread somewhere else or dropping it all together if they wish.
As someone who’s slightly unpredictable when it comes to posting, rapid fire just isn’t my thing. I prefer to write longer posts.
I would definitely prefer if you tagged me in a post, be it in the actual post or through discord.
For plots I’m fine with either posting in my plotter, PM or Discord. If you have any questions to ask me PM or Discord is fine, though I prefer PM since I’m not that social in Discord chats really. Still, I’ll happily talk in Discord if you need me.
Eh, I’m not gonna scream at you for it. Write out your character’s fighting style however you feel comfortable writing them, though as long as that character is justified to have an advantage over mind in e.g. combat then it’s all good. It can be annoying when one character has 95% control of your character most of the time, meaning I’d struggle to reply with something. To me a thread takes at least 2 people so as long as one person can reply to the other equally and so on, otherwise it’d become quite one sided and boring quite quick, then I’m relaxed with how we play out fights and whatnot in posts.
Yes. I love complications. Love any plots that gives my character more people to be involved with in their life. It’s similar to plotting in the sense that I’m not really a fan of chucking people together because ‘why not’ only because it feels forceful and I might lose interest if it’s straightforward and plotted out perfectly. I would rather watch characters, that have been plotted slightly to be in a relationship, and work something from there as a slow burn. I’m pretty comfortable with most things such as a slight age gap, just not something too crazy please.
Aside from obviously following the Proboards TOS, I am all for whatever we can plot out. Whatever the other person is comfortable with I’ll be fine with, I’m happy to write it out or fade to black.
I have never written it out before so I’ll likely not write it out but besides that I’m comfortable with implying or fading to black.
Always happy to PM if you need anything c:
