Sensation Link:
Katrina's ability allows her to temporarily link her own senses with that of another person. This means that both her and her target will share portions of their 5 senses with each other for the duration of the link.
Herself and the target would both get flashes of sights, smells, physical feelings, hearing and tastes. This doesn't mean that they become one consciousness though, they only get flashes of the effects that certain stimuli have on each others senses, for example particularly strong tastes would be shared between both parties, even if only one of them actually sampled the stimuli that had provided the taste in question.
Katrina establishes a link by getting close to the other person and concentrating on them, usually followed by touch and then is active from then until it's active duration expires.
LIMITATIONS
-Katrina must be within a couple of feet to establish a link with the intended target, and must be able to concentrate on them. This is also easier to do if she can physically touch them.
-Once the link is active it has an effective range of about 70 Feet, if the two of them wander past that boundary the link would break prematurely.
-The active duration is around 45 minutes.
-The longer the link is active, the weaker it becomes, this means that more potent sensations are required to be shared and the effective range will also gradually shrink towards the last 15 minutes until it's only within a few feet.
-The power is only usable between 3 and 6 times a day, this varies depending on her physical and emotional state.
-She cannot end the link prematurely outside of the circumstances mentioned above.
SIDE-EFFECTS
-The most obvious side effect is that while Katrina's target would share many of her sensations, the same would also be true of her.
-Overuse of the power would start to cause a sensation of numbness and sensory deprivation, if pushed too hard she would suffer nausea and more extreme sensitivity to touch for at least 48 hours.
-If the link breaks by distance instead of time Katrina will be disorientated for 5-10 minutes depending on how far apart they were when the link broke.
