It's such a curious thing to find yourself falling from the very top only to find the bottom just the way you expected it to be. While it isn't what you wished it would be, a part of you–a dark part, won't allow you to be surprised, or even disappointed.
It's when you gaze at this new world around you that the shock start to fade and eventually, too slow for you to notice the change yourself, the shock is replaced by a numbing sense of anger and loathing. The anger start to fester until one day, you no longer recognize yourself–and you don't care.
Everything you've lost, and everything you've seen–you bury it deep down. You drown your sorrows in the rage that consumes your very soul–your very being. It pushes you from your pedestal and shakes you to your very core. There's nothing left. Nothing left but skin and bones.
And then you reach the point in your life where you realize you no longer fit into this world–that there is no place for you. Not because of the way you look, but because of the name that haunts your every resting moment. You can hear their screams and smell the death that surrounds your nightmares. And everything–everyone around you: Especially him–he's a reminder of everything you wish you could have. Everything you've lost.
You reach a point in your misery where you just give up. You look out the window and a once friendly, naive smile is replaced by something hollow. Something that wants nothing more but to give the world your middle-finger. So that's exactly what you do. Somehow, despite drowning within yourself, you find a small place within yourself. A small place that couldn't give a damn.
And then, at some point, the nothingness that was once anger, turn into coldness and detachment, and once you realize that it's easier this way, you can feel yourself breathe again. As you let go of the last glimmer of light, it's like coming up for fresh air.
You can breathe again.

- Manifested at the age of eleven, and immediately enrolled into Bellefonte Academy, due to her family's influence.
- Erika inherited her family's tendency for mentally based abilities, though had some trouble with her telekinesis growing up, as the ability seemed to act based on her sub-conscious, rather than her conscious mind. Eventually, though, she learned to control it.
- Had a twin sister, an older brother and a younger sister before the fall of Bellefonte Academy. She was very close with her twin, although the two had their differences.
- No matter how hard she tried, she could never get the approval of her mother, and her father was rarely around. She looked to her grandfather, William for parental guidance instead, and after his death, her twin sister took on the role in his stead.
- Although it has gotten better over the years, Erika finds dogs somewhat terrifying. She was bit by one as a child and still finds herself feeling somewhat uncomfortable in their presence.
- Erika is incredibly stubborn, to the point of being childish, and her stubbornness usually goes hand in hand with her reckless and competitive behavior.
- Erika has had two great loves in her short lifetime–each appealing to her two, very different natures. The first, made her believe that starting over was truly a possible thing, and that she would not have to give in to the person everyone wished her to be, while the other, made her realize that being who she was meant to be, didn't mean she had to become the one others wanted her to be.
- Erika has a sweet-tooth. She loves anything with milk chocolate, caramel and licorice.
- She can hold her liquor quite well and prefers tequila and sour drinks.
- When Bellefonte Academy fell, Erika took as much of her family money as she could get her hands on and fled alongside her best friends, Felix Nicholas and Ellen Banks to avoid being put into a camp alongside her fellow mutants.

TELEKINESIS
Erika's ability works in that way that she can lift anything she can physically lift, and the stronger she is mentally, the further she can push that boundary. Basically, telekinesis is a mental ability which relies on mental strength and willpower, and the stronger one is mentally, the more one is capable of lifting.
When the ability comes in contact with skin, it feels like an almost prickling sensation - as if said body part is slowly going numb, without actually doing so. Her power is also at its strongest when Erika is emotional and to her, it feels kind of like having a second personality, as the power itself often acts out on her subconsciousness.
Erika can use her power to keep objects/beings from moving, lifting objects/hovering them in the air, touching/strangling/pushing/lifting others, to pull objects towards the user or to push objects away from the user, e.g. yanking a book off a shelf or sliding a cup across a table.

LIMITATIONS
- Can only lift objects she can physically (and mentally) lift. She wouldn't be able to lift anything as heavy as a car, but lifting chairs and throwing them around is something she'd be able to do with ease.
- Psychic strength may be proportional to user's capacity, meaning an opponent with physical strength stronger than the user's mental strength may break free, or even be immune to the ability altogether.
- She can only use her ability on objects or people within viewing distance. The further away, the more she'd have to concentrate.
- The more she uses her power and the more she pushes the natural boundaries, the quicker her energy will be drained.
SIDE-EFFECTS
- Headaches that can turn into migraines if pushed, that could potentially lead to nose bleeds, nausea and worst case scenario; brain bleeds.
- Restlessness along with drained energy. This can sometimes lead to insomnia or needing several hours of sleep. It's a double-edged sword, really.
